ABOUT APPLE VACATIONS & CONVENTIONS
Established since 1996 and has been an active travel agent in operating total travel related services with an annual turnover of more than 40 Million Ringgit. Coupled with a team of 50 dedicated and dynamic staff, Apple Vacations was awarded by Singapore Airlines in Malaysia as one of their top ten agents since 2000. We attended all major travel fairs organised by MATTA, MAS, SIA and MITC besides a regular invitee to Australia Travel Exchange (ATE) held annually in Australia . We are also a ISO 9001:2000 certified company.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM 
The Company is headed by Dato Desmond Lee E. H., graduated from a Japan Tokyo University . He is a pioneer in the travel industry and expert in planning tours to Japan . His deputy Mr. Koh Y. H., also a Japan Tokyo University graduate is specialized in Marketing & Sales aspect particularly in the Agency Wholesale.

THE SUPPORTING TEAM 
To support the organization in enhancing the entrepreneurial ship and management skills, the Supporting Team Chairman is Mr. Y.M. Raja Zahar A.N.S. and assisted by Horwath Sdn. Bhd., a chartered accountant and management consultant.

OVERSEAS TOURS DEPARTMENT

This division handles all oversea tours, hotel reservations, visas and corporate enquiries, catering both for groups (GIT), families and individuals (FIT). The sales staff are equipped with sound knowledge on tour products as most of them have been regularly leading tour groups to most countries in Asian, Australia and New Zealand . 

TICKETING DEPARTMENT
(Headed by the Manager - Mr. Vincent Liew)
Equipped with the latest computerised reservation system and auto ticket machine, we are able to provide instant flight and hotel confirmation and issuance of air tickets of major airlines and cities in the world. 

APPLE M.I.C.E. DEPARTMENT

In Apple Vacation M.I.C.E department, we designs, coordinates and executes tailor-made incentive tour for corporate based on individual requirements and budget. Apple Vacation M.I.C.E specialists handle over 100 corporate companies on group incentive travels each year, that involve more that a thousand of participants. Our corporate travel planning for company incentive trips has received an industry leading to customer satisfaction.
